On a national level, our agents contribute $5.00 for each closing to Exit Realt Corp. International's charitable contribution fund.  Exit's chosen charity is Habitat for Humanity.  At Exit's international convention in October, 2005, Exit presented Habitat for Humanity a check for $225,000 for Habitat builds in the areas of the U.S. affected by hurricane Katrina.

Since the fall of 2006, EXIT Realty Corp. International has been the proud Corporate Sponsor of four more new homes for Habitat for Humanity. On September 22, 2006 we kicked off our 4th corporate build in Reading, MA and on June 23, 2007 we dedicated this 3 bedroom home to the Dion Family; Tanya, Joe and their two young sons.

On November 11, 2006 we launched our 5th corporate build in Covington. LA. This, and the following two builds, were part of Habitat for Humanity's project,"Operation Home Delivery ", a recovery program to aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina plus the hurricanes that followed - the worst hurricane devastation to hit the southern coastal states in US history. When Habitat put out a call for help to all of its corporate sponsors, EXIT Realty Corp. International responded. We dedicated our entire 2005 donation of $250,000 to support this initiative. We dedicated our 5th home on April 21, 2007 to Jarvia Robinson and her two children.

On February 9, 2007 we kicked off our 6th and 7th corporate builds next door to each other in a brand new subdivision of 34 Habitat homes in Irvington, AL. These homes were dedicated on June 25, 2007 and Jean McMillen is one of the new home owners. After raising her daughter on her own, this is the first home she has ever owned.

All of our families came from substandard or destroyed housing prior to becoming owners of Habitat for Humanity homes. Each family had to qualify to meet the rigorous standards set by Habitat, including helping to build other Habitat Homes and qualifying financially to meet minimum mortgage repayments.
