What is the 50-G Program?
An incentive program offered to Realtors by Exit Realty of the Carolinas. An opportunity for the selling Realtor to win $50,000! A tool to make your home sell before the competition.

How Does It Work?
Step 1 - A home is listed with an Exit Realty associate.
Step 2 - The seller agrees to place the home in the 50-G Marketing Program.
Step 3 – The home sells faster and closer to list price.
Step 4 – At closing, $500 is deducted from the seller’s proceeds and held by Exit Realty of the Carolinas.
Step 5 – When 100 50-G listings have closed, Exit Realty of the Carolinas hosts a luncheon for all 100 selling Realtors.
Step 6 - $50,000 is awarded in a game of skill to one of the 100 realtors who sold a 50-G listing.

Why did we start the 50-G Marketing Program?

We are experiencing major shifts in the real estate market due to changes in the national and local economy.
Signs of a major shift in the real estate market:
Significant MLS inventory build-up
Significant increases in ‘days on the market’
Declining list price-to-sales price ratios
Decrease in the number of property showings
Fewer buyer offers
Leveling/declining sales prices
Decrease in the number of listings sold

What does the 50-G Marketing Program mean to sellers?
All 50-G listings are marketed to Realtors in the MLS, on the yard sign, in internet marketing, at open houses, and in print advertising. As a result:

50-G Listings are shown more often.
50-G Listings sell faster.
50-G Listings sell closer to list price.
